I was told there are numerous demonstrations going on in the city of Hannover, Germany. The police uses these frequencies:
86.135 MHz (CH 453)
172.70 MHz (CH 228)
173.36 MHz (CH 261)
The nodes Hannover #1, #2 and #6 of the globaltuners.com network could be useful.
According to a press release of the german police, there are more police units on duty than on May 1st.
